It's out today in the UK and US (for definite). Should be available from Amazon/Itunes in the US and Amazon/Itunes/7digital in the UK. Sorry can't help for any other regions, but if in Europe it might be worth checking out 7digital as they have other country specific sites. Thanks, moocher, for the information!
